RECRUIT AND RETAIN NURSES AND CLINICAL STAFF

The McPherson Center for Health can no longer rely on the contract labor that was essential during the pandemic. It is time to hire and retain our own staff. To be competitive in recruiting and retaining a full nursing and clinical staff, the hospital is launching a new initiative. ​

Your support for this new program is an investment in the health of the McPherson community. Recruiting and retaining nursing and clinical staff is vital to improving patient health and hospital finances. It helps to grow our community with new residents ready to make McPherson their home and become your neighbors. ​

This initiative will:

  • Introduce incremental financial incentives every 6 months to nurses and staff working in the hospital.

  • Establish a fund at the McPherson Community Foundation to assist with the hospital's staff retention plan.

  • Offer tuition reimbursement for growth and education for the current staff.

Help us meet our goal to raise $100,000 by November 1.
