Mission Statement The Memorial Hostpital Employees with PRIDE Fund shall promote the continued excellence of Memorial Hospital by procuring and recommending expenditures of funds for the maintenance, expansion and development of Memorial Hospital's healthcare servies and facility.

Since its inception, the Memorial Hospital PRIDE fund has received more than $53,000 in donations from the dedicated employees for the rehabilitation and enhancement of Memorial Hospital. Committed to the principals set forth by the hospital and providing professional health care to all that enter the facility, employees have continually deemed it extrememly important to give back to an organization that is vital to maintaining the quality of life in McPherson.

A new canopy was added in 2006 to the East Annex as a courtesy to those patients who wait for transporation.

One of the ten projects chosen for Equip for the Future 2007 was Children's Toys for the Admissions & Emergency Department areas of the Hospital.
